In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls with respect to the services described in it.

Requesting or scheduling a consultation through the Site (including through our third-party appointment scheduling tools) does not by itself create a professional relationship or obligate MGR to provide services. Consultation availability and scope are at our discretion.
